Demi Chef De partie: To assist the Chef de Partie in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
Commis chef: To assist the Chef de Partie in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
Breakfast Chef: To Supervise all phases of breakfast food production. Carry full responsibility for food quality and service from the breakfast area. This should be accomplished through training of department associates who operate in compliance with company standards of quality and portion control.

The most important qualities for this important work are experience, good English, smart presentation and a good attitude. We ensure these qualities are in all our room attendants and maintaining cleanliness on all areas of the Room, including Toilet cleaning, Changing bed sheets in the bed with the new linen, and providing coffee, milk, sugar and biscuit sachets to the guests. This includes dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning and sweeping as appropriate.

Our Banqueting team members are professionally trained in setting up the event, carrying trays and cleaning up at the event conclusion. All our banqueting staffs are well presented and have very good communication skills. Moreover we always ensure all our team members are courteous and attentive to guest during a function.

Our Kitchen Porter teams are led by an experienced supervisor. The team will ensure lunchtime or evening services run smoothly by keeping you supplied with clean pots, pans, plates and utensils.
Our teams are all trained to also conduct ancillary tasks including –Taking out the rubbish

Receptionist

Spa Assistant
Job purpose
The Spa assistant works closely to the spa Manager and is mainly responsible for providing administrative support in performing daily activities with a spa centre. Depending on the size and type of the spa they work in, spa assistants might be required to perform other kind of duties too. These include providing a variety of services designed to relax and rejuvenate customers.
Main responsibilities
- Assist and support Spa staff and management in daily activities
- Greet and attend guests
- Answer telephone and make appointments for guests

Waiter/Waitress
The main duties would include: greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table, handing out menus and taking orders for food and drink, serving food and drinks, dealing with bill payments, ensuring tables are clean and tidy.
